Exact campsites are not guaranteed, and you may have to find an alternative RV space at our facility. By reserving a RV site or horse stall, I agree to the terms of this waiver of liability and understand that cancellations and refunds will incur a $20 fee + 3%. No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation. A $5 fee may be charged to your account if the padlock is not returned to your horse stall and locked with the combination scrambled following your reservation. If your horse remains in the stall after the check-out period for your reservation, you may be fined for an additional stall rental. I, the undersigned, will not hold PARK COUNTY, COUNTY EMPLOYEES, or anyone connected with the Fairgrounds, responsible for any injuries, medical treatment or damage sustained to myself, my property, or others in my company, while I am using any of Park County Fairgrounds and Parks facilities.
